Dear Mr Fry,
I just wanted to drop a note to express how extremely happy we are with our new Vangura granite countertop, and with the entire experience in general.
Our first meeting was with Karen, who was extremely helpful. She gently guided us through the showroom and all the choices, but it turned out to be somewhat overwhelming. Neither my wife nor I had any idea there were going to be so many decisions to be made. And the inventory of granite slabs is just too much to take in on the first visit. We did narrow it down to 5 choices, and went home to decide on the edges, sink, etc.
On our second trip, Anna helped us make the final choices, and got the whole process rolling.
When Larry came to our house to take the measurements, I was impressed with the hi-tech instrument used to produce the template, and the meticulous way he operated it to insure a proper fit. My son in law, Allen, showed me the machinery used to work the stone, some of it in action at the time. As a former machinist, I can appreciate how hard it is to achieve the precision fits and finishes that you do, truly a statement of quality. It seemed easy to do on metals, I can appreciate how hard it is to do on stone.
When the day came to install, Keith, Dennis, and Brandon arrived and immediately set up protective coverings and hauled in the stone. These men leveled, fit, joined, and finished in a professional and craftsman-like manner. They left without leaving a trace behind, only the gift box.
We are extremely pleased with our investment, it's more than a countertop; it is a work of art. I have recommended highly to everyone I talk to.
Granite is a beautiful natural product, it seems to have a life of its' own that you bring out. But the real benefit of working with your company, is the elite team of people you have assembled. From our first trip to the showroom, to production, then to the final installation; all of these men and women are top notch. That is hard to find in a company today, Kudos to you.
Thank you for the beautiful addition to our kitchen,
Terry and Maria
