Vangura® Surfacing Products offers this limited warranty to end users of Vanite®, an engineered
stone product. For a period of ten years from the date of installation, Vangura® Surfacing
Products warrants that the Vanite® product and workmanship will be free from manufacturing
defects. This limited warranty does not apply to color variances, thermal shock, chemical
abuse or defects caused by misuse. If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period,
Vangura® Surfacing Products will at its option, repair or replace the defective Vanite® products
at no cost to the end user, including labor charges.
This warranty only applies to Vangura's Engineered Stone Material which is stored, handled,
and installed in the manner recommended by Vangura® Surfacing Products.
This warranty is not transferable and expires upon resale or transfer by the first consumer purchaser.
This warranty shall not apply to defects or damage arising from any of the following:
1. Improper installation; by non-authorized Vangura® installer
2. Accidents, abuse or misuse
3. Exposure to extreme temperature
4. Improper maintenance
No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including merchantability or fitness for
a particular purpose. Under no circumstances shall Vangura® Surfacing Products and/or its
Engineered Stone suppliers be liable for any loss or damage arising from the purchase, use or
inability to use this product, or for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. No
fabricator, installer, dealer, agent or employee of Vangura® Surfacing Products has the authority
to modify the obligations or limitations of this warranty.
